Shipping:

Where do we ship?

We provide free shipping worldwide. We reserve the right to decline any order that may result in undue inconvenience to us or can result in extraordinary charges. Contact us for more details.

Order Preparation time:

All our orders are shipped within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Delivery Times:

We ship mostly through Canada Post Express shipment or other well-known shipping companies like FedEx or DHL. Below are the general timelines. Please note that we cannot guarantee shipping times due to service disruption by the shipping company.

We provide tracking for all our orders.

-Canada: 3 to 5 business days.

-United States: 3 to 7 business days.

-Europe: 3 to 10 business days.

-Elsewhere: 5 to 10 business days.

 

Duties & Taxes:

We do not charge or add duties or taxes. The buyer is responsible for paying any duties or taxes levied by their local authorities or border services when clearing the shipment.

 

What if I refuse delivery:

Refused packages and those that could not be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are refunded as soon as the package is received back to our studio, less the cost of return shipping and re-stocking charges to cover the actual initial shipping cost.
